The Elevation Surgery Center located in Flagstaff provides state-of-the-art surgical care for patients undergoing orthopedic and spine surgery. Our outpatient surgery center allows patients throughout the community access to the latest and most advanced orthopedic and spine surgical techniques, equipment and technology available. This enables our surgeons and staff to deliver the best patient care experience and results in a safe and caring environment.

With the above advances, many orthopedic and spine surgeries can now be performed on an outpatient basis. This means our patients can return home the same day as surgery while still receiving care from a skilled clinical team.

With an 8,156 square foot facility, board-certified surgeons, skilled staff and a fully integrated system, patients will return to a life where activity, function and mobility are restored. This state-of-the-art surgery center includes 2 operating suites, 4 pre-op bays, and 5 post-op bays.
